A lash lift works with your own natural lashes — it gently curls and lifts them upward for a wide-eyed effect. There are no synthetic lashes added, no glue, and no daily maintenance. It lasts 6 – 8 weeks (the natural lash growth cycle).

Lash extensions add individual synthetic lashes onto your natural ones for added length and density — they require infills every 2 – 3 weeks and are a more dramatic, glamorous look. We offer both, depending on what you're after.

When performed correctly with the right products and timing, a lash lift is gentle and safe — it doesn't damage your natural lashes. The solution chemically softens and reshapes the lash for a few weeks; the lashes then naturally return to their original state as new ones grow in.

Over-lifting (too frequent treatments, too long on the lashes) can cause dryness or breakage, which is why we space appointments at 6 – 8 weeks and offer the Lash Botox treatment to keep lashes hydrated and strong.

If your natural lashes are already dark and defined — you can absolutely skip the tint and just enjoy the lift. That's why we offer Lash Lift Only as a separate service.

If your lashes are lighter at the tips, sparse-looking, or you'd love the appearance of mascara without applying it — the Lash Lift & Tint is the right call. The tint deepens every lash from root to tip for a beautifully defined finish.

Yes — for all first-time lash treatment clients, a patch test is required at least 24 – 48 hours before your appointment. It's a simple, free test that confirms you don't have any sensitivity to the products.

If you've had lash treatments with us in the past 6 months, you typically don't need to retest. Just mention your sensitivities at booking and we'll let you know.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes — avoid mascara, eye creams, and oil-based products on the day of your appointment. Don't curl your lashes manually beforehand. Remove contact lenses if you wear them.

If you're a first-time client, please arrive 5 – 10 minutes early so we can do a thorough consultation before we start.

For the first 24 hours: keep lashes completely dry, avoid steam and heat (no saunas, no hot showers), and don't apply mascara or eye products. After that, daily care is simple: gentle cleansing with an oil-free cleanser, avoid rubbing your eyes, and brush them through with a clean spoolie each morning.

For longer-lasting results, we recommend a Lash Botox conditioning treatment every 6 – 8 weeks to keep your natural lashes strong and hydrated.

Yes — but most clients find they don't need to. The lift and tint together typically give that "I'm wearing mascara" finish on their own. If you'd still like to wear mascara, wait at least 24 hours after your appointment, and use a water-based (not waterproof) formula.

Avoid waterproof mascara as it requires harsh removers that can shorten the life of your lift.

Lash lifts may not be suitable if you have very fine, fragile, or recently damaged lashes; an active eye condition (conjunctivitis, dry eye disease, blepharitis); recent eye surgery (within 6 months); allergies to lash lift solutions; or if you're pregnant or breastfeeding (due to caution around chemical solutions).
