Lash extensions are individual synthetic, silk, or mink-effect fibres that are hand-applied to each of your natural lashes using a gentle, medical-grade adhesive. The result is longer, darker, fuller-looking lashes that you can wake up with every day — no mascara, no falsies.
At Queen Brows & Skin, every set is mapped specifically to your eye shape and natural lash health, so the look feels intentional and never overdone.
A full set typically takes between 1.5 and 2.5 hours, depending on the style and density. Volume and Anime sets can take a little longer because each fan is hand-made during your appointment. We never rush an application — quality over speed, always.
Infills usually take 60 – 90 minutes, depending on how many lashes need topping up.
Lash extensions last as long as your natural lash growth cycle — typically 2 to 4 weeks. To maintain your set, we recommend booking an infill every 2 – 3 weeks before too many extensions have shed.
Retention varies from person to person depending on lash health, lifestyle, skincare habits, and aftercare.
When applied correctly by a trained artist using lashes appropriate to your natural lash strength, extensions will not damage your lashes. The key is correct weight selection, isolation (one extension per natural lash), and aftercare.
This is why we never use extensions that are too heavy, too long, or too dense for your lash health — your natural lashes are precious, and we treat them as such.
Absolutely. Your appointment begins with a styling consultation where we'll discuss the look you want, show you reference images, and assess your eye shape to recommend a style that will flatter you. You're always in control of the final design — we just guide you toward what will suit your features best.
For the first 24 hours: avoid water, steam, and heat. After that, daily care is simple — cleanse lashes gently with a lash-safe foam, brush them through with a clean spoolie, avoid oil-based products around the eyes, and skip mascara altogether.
You'll receive a full aftercare kit and detailed written instructions at your first appointment.
Lash extensions may not be suitable for those with active eye infections, severe allergies to adhesive, recent eye surgery, or alopecia affecting the lashes. If you wear hard contacts, are pregnant, or have any sensitivities, please mention it during your consultation so we can plan accordingly.

We require 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation, as our appointments are tailored time slots. A small deposit is taken at the time of booking and is fully refundable with adequate notice.
